At The Café @ CAJ Fuel Stop, customer satisfaction is important to us. As all delivery orders are facilitated through the Mr D platform, the following refund, return, and cancellation policies apply.

📦 Delivery Orders
All delivery orders are processed and delivered through the Mr D platform. Once an order has been confirmed and accepted by the store, preparation begins immediately to ensure fast service.

❌ Order Cancellations
• Orders may only be cancelled before preparation has started
• Once an order is confirmed and being prepared, cancellations may not be possible
• Refund eligibility is subject to Mr D policies and order status at the time of cancellation

Customers requesting cancellations must contact Mr D support directly via the Mr D App or support channels.

💳 Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
• Incorrect items supplied
• Missing items
• Failed deliveries
• Orders cancelled by the store or Mr D
• Items received damaged or not fit for consumption

Approved refunds are generally processed through the Mr D Credit Wallet in accordance with Mr D platform procedures. Bank payout requests may be submitted through the Mr D App where applicable. (Mr Delivery)

🛒 Returns Policy
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations:
• Prepared food, beverages, and perishable items cannot be returned once delivered or collected
• Returns are only considered where products are incorrect, damaged, defective, or unsafe for consumption
• Any issues with orders must be reported as soon as possible after delivery through the Mr D App or support channels

⏱️ Refund Processing Times
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and Mr D platform procedures. Some refunds may reflect immediately in the Mr D Wallet, while bank reversals can take several business days depending on the banking institution. (Mr Delivery)

• Delivery fees and service fees charged by Mr D may be non-refundable in certain cases
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary during peak periods, weekends, weather disruptions, or high-demand times
• The Café @ CAJ Fuel Stop is not responsible for delays occurring after orders have been handed over to the Mr D delivery driver
